Adjudicator for 2024

The Peterborough Drama Festival Committee are pleased to announce that our adjudicator for the 2024 festival is Vivienne Redford.

Vivienne is delighted that she is able to return to The Peterborough Festival once again. 

Vivienne has been Principal of the Redford School of Speech & Drama for forty years, training adults and children from across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire in all aspects of performance and communication. She is also Head of Speech & Drama at a large independent girls’ school in Bedford. She also runs an annual summer course offering professional instruction in performance and theatre skills.

She has directed a diverse range of musical and theatrical productions. Many of her former pupils are now working in theatre, film, and television across the world. Vivienne is an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals and is currently a member of the Adjudicators’ Council representing Speech & Drama.
